These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the website located at kuzcosy.com and any local, staging, or successor version of the site operated for Kuz Cosy Inc. (“Kuz Cosy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. About Kuz Cosy and this website

Kuz Cosy Inc is a commercial painting contractor. The website provides general information about commercial painting services, GC coordination, bid request intake, resources, contact options, and related project planning content.

The website is intended for business visitors, general contractors, property managers, facility teams, owners, and other commercial project contacts. It is not intended to create a contractor-client relationship, subcontract, purchase order, scope of work, guarantee, or binding estimate by itself.

2. Informational content only

Content on the website is provided for general informational and planning purposes. It may describe typical commercial painting considerations such as interior painting, exterior painting, surface preparation, bid packages, access, scheduling, and handoff communication.

Website content is not a substitute for a written proposal, signed agreement, project-specific scope, General Contractors document, safety plan, insurance document, lien notice, legal advice, engineering advice, code review, or professional site evaluation. Project conditions, building requirements, materials, access, safety needs, weather, surface condition, owner requirements, and GC requirements can change what work is appropriate.

3. Requests for bids and project communications

The website may allow you to call, email, or submit information through forms, including a request for bid. A submitted form or email is a request for follow-up only. It does not require Kuz Cosy to provide a quote, accept a project, hold pricing, reserve scheduling, perform work, or enter into any agreement.

Any pricing, proposal, estimate, schedule, or scope is valid only if issued in a separate written communication or agreement by an authorized Kuz Cosy representative. A final project agreement may include additional terms, exclusions, insurance requirements, payment terms, change order rules, project-specific responsibilities, and other conditions.

4. Information you submit

If you submit project information, you agree that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it. This may include your name, company, phone number, email address, project location, plans, photos, specifications, finish schedules, deadlines, access notes, property details, and other project-related information.

Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or unnecessary information through the website. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, payment card data, medical information, passwords, access codes, trade secrets, personal information about unrelated individuals, or highly confidential project documents unless Kuz Cosy has specifically requested that information through an appropriate secure channel.

By submitting project information, you grant Kuz Cosy permission to review, store, use, and share the information as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate the request, coordinate project discussions, prepare a proposal, communicate with project contacts, and operate the website and business.

5. Subcontractors, vendors, and project teams

Kuz Cosy may work with subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, consultants, software providers, hosting providers, form providers, email providers, and other service providers. Nothing on the website creates authority for you to bind Kuz Cosy to another contractor’s terms, a GC agreement, owner agreement, project manual, insurance requirement, warranty, indemnity, safety obligation, or schedule obligation. Those items must be reviewed and accepted separately in writing.

6. No emergency or safety reporting channel

The website and its forms are not emergency communication channels. Do not use the website to report urgent safety conditions, active jobsite hazards, injuries, property damage, water intrusion, environmental hazards, access emergencies, or time-sensitive field instructions. Use the appropriate emergency, project, site, or contract communication channel.

7. Permitted use of the website

You may use the website for lawful business and informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.
• Submit false, incomplete, unauthorized, or misleading project information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuz Cosy’s total liability arising out of or related to the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid directly to Kuz Cosy specifically for website access, whichever is greater. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kuz Cosy and its owners, employees, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your infringement of another party’s rights, or information you submit without authority.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules. To the extent a dispute is not governed by a separate written agreement, the parties agree that courts located in Colorado will have jurisdiction and venue, subject to applicable law.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. Kuz Cosy’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
